I am delighted to share with you some of my favorite recipes, which reflect my love of baking and entertaining. I take great pride in my dishes and strive to blend great flavors with beautiful presentation. 

 

My interest in baking and cooking developed from my LOVE of French pastries. These delectable desserts are not only delicious, but their ingredients and the aesthetic of the finished product are what really captivated me. Laregly self-taught, I relish the challenges in creating yumminess out of simple ingredients. Some recipes like the Charlotte Russe are more complex and time-consuming, while others like panna cotta are simplier and easier--all the same, they score highly in delectability!

I soon taught myself to master savory dishes, and in no time I was hosting dinner parties and gatherings for friends to sample my culinary creations.
